Refund policy


Molyneux Refunds and Returns Policy

At Molyneux, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refunds and returns policy is here to assist. This policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
  • Must provide proof of posting (tracking number)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • We do not provide monetary refunds for change of mind or change of size returns 
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at molyneuxclo@gmail.com

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
